    Really going to have to adjust bedtime/get up time as school starts soon. My son will be going to school at 7 a.m. for marching band practice at least through October. I will NOT let it effect my exercise schedule. It's too important to me.
  • I forgot to log this yesterday. 4 Big Miles and then 2 miles from 5 Really Big Miles.
  • 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends w/ 2# hand weights.

  • I've been walking just not recording.

    Today started off with a brisk 30 minute walk outdoors and then 2 mile (Watp) Slim & Thin...will end the day with another brisk walk.

  • Hello everyone! I bought a new car over the weekend, so excited!!

    Skipped walking yesterday, but got in the 3 Mile Walk Away Your Waistline w/ belt this morning. Felt good to do something different! I sometimes get stuck on doing one or two certain DVDs and need to work on mixing it up more.
