Hey everyone! July and I did pretty well together. I made my goal and am quite happy.

Diana I'm not sure about that other thread. I don't think I've seen the poster in this thread before but we'll see.

OK, I got some anti inflammatory for my back. I shouldn't be running right now so I went on a long bike ride. Super fun!
