I'm not on Eat Stop Eat but I just started IF (intermittent fasting) of 18 hrs fasting and 6 hour eating window from 4pm to 10pm every day. I started this out of curiosity and mainly because I started getting cravings at night time even though I had all my calories in. So far it has helped. You should check us out over here at this
