  • Good morning ladies- just waiting on a few confirmations of starting weights & then we'll announce the teams- hopefully later today.
    Foggy morning here today- my brain feels foggy too.
    Need to jump start my morning.

    Hope you're all having a great week so far. I got to aerobics this morning and got a great workout in. Still waiting to hear back from the Doc about the knees but other than that this week has been a good one.

    It's nice to see everyone excited about this challenge... the support is invaluable.

  • Whooop! So excited to get back on this! My motivation is somewhat dwindling now I've started to feel slimmer and people are commenting on how good I look. BUT, I'm determined to lose these last 15lbs over the course of this challenge. It will happen if I keep up my exercise which I'm now loving, and get back on it with my food. So far I'm 0.75lb up on my start weight, but that's after a wedding, a hangover munchy day and mousakka and beer for dinner the other night, so I'm really happy it's not more! Trying sooooo hard to get back on it today, I really am!!!

  • Oh my my, I just got butterflies in my stomach. The teams are official and now I just can't let the rest of my team down. Better go for a quick walk up and down the stairs, yah that will help, up and down the stairs.

    I can do this, I know I can do this ... I think I can do this ... geez I sure hope I can do this!
  • Yay, go red team! I've been on a plateau for the past, oh, two months, and I feel like it's finally time to break through and get these last ~20 pounds off. Can't wait for the first weigh-in!

    I hope everyone is having a good Thursday. It's been rainy here today but got to the gym and got a butt whippin' from our personal trainer. She's so sweet and looks innocent but she's right on it and beats on us regularily. We appreciate her for it immensely.

    This challenge should be a fun one... it's great to see the enthusiasm already !

    A grey, rainy day here. Looking for motivatin.
    I thnk I see another cup of coffee in my future.

    What healthy choice(s) will you make today?

    My big challenge is I let myself buy a cup of coffee each day, this is what I do for me, but I need to stay away from the baked goods.

    It looks like it's going to be a fairly nice day here today... it really needs to warm up a bit. It seems to have been a bit colder this Spring than usual.

    What healthy choice(s) will you make today?

    I will stay within my calorie range (1350-1500) today and working out with our personal trainer.

    I know what you mean about the coffee, Mel, as I'm with you on that one. It's definitely not the coffee that's the diet killer in those places.... well not unless you get into the froofroo coffees that is. Be strong and enjoy your java !!
