I am weighing in on Friday for 4/23... Im back on track after a week of feeling lazy. I didnt eat the best, but I wasnt out of control. I didnt exercise AT ALL though. I did go to the gym today, and I will go tomorrow as well

Sometimes it gets hard.. this last week was brutal. So much school, work, financial stress... It was hard to get out of bed. But, I did get out of bed, then i started to clean my home and it just got better. Keep it up everyone!!!
