You're doing great! I wouldn't worry too much how many carbs are in the meat, rather just make sure it's not a fatty meat and it's within the amount of oz. we are allowed each day. I have to admit I hardly ever weigh my protein, but rather eye ball it for size. Originally Posted by JoesHotWife

This is the first diet I have ever been able to stick to for this long too. IP is very restrictive, but such an easy diet at the same time too.
