  • 159.6 this 158- 160 fluctuation is killing me.
  • Bopbot that's great! It's nice to see people at the same weight, it's quite encouraging I put my goal weight at 156 for the end of the month but I doubt I'll make it.. sure I'll give it a go. I'm not sure what my body's capable of.
  • leilajey- i have the same goal as you for the end of the month. i was 161 this morning with a goal of 156 but the end of the month. you can and WILL do it! you have done an amazing job so far!

  • I have to admit I don't come on here much anymore but I have been in the 160s for about 2 months and at first I was excited to be in the 160's but now I have been lingering around 165 for too long. I want to be out of here! Is this the only thread for 160's?
  • I've been back up to 165.6 for the past 2 days after some misadventures with red wine and chocolate. I've been super good the past 2 days though, eating really well and working out. Fingers crossed it comes off again soon.

  • hello there! new to this thread...not new to the game. after a LONG hiatus from weightloss (which became a stint in the world of weight gain) i'm up to 170 and SO ready to get back down to 150 again...my happy-feel-good weight. i've been all over the scale, from 210 to 145 and i'm ready to lose it again...the weight, not my mind. my mind was lost years ago i'm back to 3fc because the only time i've successfully lost weight was when i had the fantastic support base of these forums. so, i'm back. let's rock this ish.

    I weighed in at 162.2 this morning.. I am delighted. I had a feeling that I'd ruined everything.. gonna do lots of exercise today. Hope everyone's doing great.

    This was on the second page so I rescued it.

    Yesterday I was 160.6 and today I was 160.8 - I'm so close and to be honest I'm proud of myself as I never thought I'd make it this far. I finally noticed the weight loss when I was wearing my go to trousers and they were really loose. Just before I started this they were almost uncomfortably tight and now they flap around my legs. I also bought a pair of trousers a size down (and found another pair in my wardrobe) last week and I tried them on.. they were closer to fitting than I thought, just a little bit away from closing. I tried them on today for fun and I managed to close them! They're still a bit too tight to wear without walking around like a mummy but hey I'm close been a while since I fit that size.

    it's been soooo long since i've been here, almost 6 months. but i've decided it is time to finally lose all the weight, 40 ish more pounds. i am very proud of myself though, that i lost 31 pounds over a year ago and have been able to keep it off . 161.8 this morning hopefully i wont be here to long lol. jillian micheals is going to be the death of me.

    I was 160.0 this morning but I know I'm gonna go back up over the next few days because of TOM. Ack. Oh well, so close!
