Another migraine yesterday... ugh. I took a nap then went to the store to purchase liquid vitamin B12. I've been depressed and lethargic for weeks, thinking it was from consuming not enough calories, and heard boosting B12 might help. I did feel a little better after taking the B12, and even got my apatite back, but it could easily have been from the nap...
Totally surprised to see the scale drop .8 today!
