Okay fellow weight watchers followers. I am starting this thread as more of an accountability thread for the month of January.
Weight: I would like to lose 7 lbs.
CW: 212.3 (up from last week )
End of Week 1: 209 (-3.3)
End of Week 2: 206.1 (-2.9)
End of Week 3: 209 (2.9) tom
End of Week 4:205.5
Exercise: I do not have an exercise goal for January besides just to keep moving. I'm trying to continue eating more healthy, and will then steer my focus towards fitness in the coming months.
Other: I would like to stay on plan the whole month of January.
I would like to lose a point. My current point total is 36.
Anyone else looking for accountability in January please join me. =o)
