    Some of us were very sucessful on our last 100% challenge.

    This time I have calculated 100 days til Christmas starting on 9/16!!

    Sign in and attain that slim bod to wear your holiday outfits!!

    This saturday post your goals and and how you plan to achieve them.

    This has been a very active group so please plan on checking in as often as you can. Checking in daily can really keep you on track and/or get you back on track quickly!


    I know we will have lotsa winners on this thread and give ourselves a wonderful gift of a slimmer healthier body.

  • Thank you for posting this. I am in. I just started back up a couple weeks ago. Doing good so far but was just thinking today that I need a support system to help me get through the upcoming holidays. Exactly what I needed at the perect time.

    This is so exciting, thank you for this! I joined a gym early last month and I'm supposedto lose 50 pounds by January 1, 2012, so this will align almost perfectly with my goal. I look forward to this journal with all of you!

  • I have never done a challenge before- I would love to join this one! I am at the tail end of my weight loss and want to get to goal (10 more pounds) by Christmas. I've been lazy and complacent lately, so hopefully this will get my rear in gear.

  • Great Idea. I want to lose about 45 lbs by Christmas.

  • I want to lose 15 pounds (be 160). That is about 1 pound a week.
    I plan to:
    1. Ride my bike 7 miles 3 times a week
    2. Burn at least 300 calories on cardio at least 5 days a week.
    3. Count calories, logging everything I eat. With a net calorie intake of around 1000 a day (after subtracting the calories burned on cardio)
    4. Not give up!!!!!

    My specific goals are:
    1. Lose 10 pounds/get to goal by Christmas
    2. Cardio 1-2x a week/lifting 2x a week
    3. IF (intermittent fast) when I can- i.e. on days when there aren't major social events that involve eating before 12 pm

    3. Ride at least 2 50 mile bike rides

    I really want to increase from sprint triathlons to olympic distance next year so I have to work on riding/running faster and longer this offseason. I'm also planning a tropical vacation for the spring
  • YEY! I started this withmyself the day before yesterday, so I'm at 98-on-plan right now ... I realized the other day it would put me at 12/23, which would "give me a day to shop" LOL.. I'm nuts. Anyways, I was hoping one would start!

    I'm in! I think I'm also in another one, but thats cool.. the more support the merrier!! WE GOT THIS!!

    Goals:

    SW: 218
    GW: 195

    1) Remember that I hold on to water like ITS MY JOB, lol, and to not let it get to my head.
    2) To keep the "inspiration" pic as the backround of my phone and when I'm feeling like I'll slip, look at it.
    3) To eat as cleanly as I can. Whole grains, veggies, all good things, no bad things.
    4) To "run" the 5 races I have scheduled between now and then. To not freak out the next morning when I'm up 3lbs from water, sigh.
    5) To stay between 1400 and 1900 cals.
    6) To keep going.


    I weigh daily, when I remember.. which seems to be every day but Saturday..

    Anywho, thanks for starting this! I'm subscribing!

  • Alright I've been a member forever now but never post so its time to kick these last 15lbs.
    I would really like to have one more baby but would like to get under 150 before I get pregnant again. So my goals are:
    Starting weight: 162
    Goal weight: 147
    Exercise: 5/week
    Count calories and stay on plan
    Excited to have some accountability :-)
  • I'm in! I want to be at 169 by Christmas. This is about what I weighed before I got pregnant with my first and weight has been coming off pretty slowly, so this is a realistic goal. My starting weight is 187.
