I have taken studio cycling (spinning) only once and I didn't like it much. Today, I really had no choice as the class I wanted to take was full, so I signed of for studio cycling.
Boy, what difference this class was. First of all, I had bike shorts - no more ouchie nether regions. Second, they had computerized bikes so you were better able to adjust and know what you were doing. And thirdly, a better instructor - a LOT better. So, it was good. Still not my favorite class in the whole world, but I would put it up there with about Zumba with my favorite being bodystep and bodypump.
ETA: OK, it is really, really motivating to see how close I am to the end 'main' goal. Not sure how long it will take me to lose 11 more pounds as the weight loss is slowing down, but I can see how far that turtle has traveled! I love these tickers!
