fat content in foods

  • When trying to work out the fat content in something, do you just count the saturated fats or the whole thing? eg. 5g which saturates into 2.5g?

    Please advise!

  • Definately the whole thing.The higher in fat the worse it is regardless of what fat it is, although of course saturated is the worst.
