  • 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk with 2# weights this morning.
  • Today - 12-mile bicycle ride and just came back from a 2-mile walk (it is going to be in the high 90's today and I wanted to get this walk in while it was cool).
  • First 3 miles of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning.
  • 2 Mile Power Walk With Friends this morning; 2# weights. I'm really shooting for a full 5 mile in the morning.
  • Today - LS Yoga, weights/crunches and a 2-mile walk at lunch.
  • 4 miles of the 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk this morning!!
  • Today - 12-mile bicycle ride and a 3-mile walk (it is hot outside)
  • Looks like it's just us here lately, Toones!

    I did the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk this morning w/ 2# weights!
  • I've been doing 2 mi. or 3 mi. in the morning and 2 in the afternoon or evening. Sure beats being out in this heat!!
  • I know there is only 2 days left of the month but thought I would post my exercise here if okay...I mostly do the WATP dvd's and love 'em!

    Today...3 Mile Slim & Sleek Walk w/pilates & Denise Austin's burn fat fast...what a killer!

    No exercise tomorrow as I have to help a friend move...although, that IS exercise!
