I only managed to get in 25 minutes of dedicated exercise while my family was in town.
It sounds like an excuse, but we were truly running around all day when they were here. At least I got a ton of walking in though, as we spent all day Friday and Saturday touring all over DC, and I made my one workout count - I actually did some running on the treadmill!
No way at this point that I'll make my goal this month, but I still plan to get in a good amount of exercise over the next 9 days. I downloaded some new music today and can't wait to listen to it at the gym tomorrow.
