    Worked out 5 out of 6 days (started a day late). I managed at least 60 minutes each day.

    May 8th-14th
    Three days of working out, but that was expected given the conference. However, those three were good days, with at least 60 minutes each.

    May 15th-21st
    Only 3 workout days this week, but they were good ones, and given I was away for the first part of the week and then twisted my ankle, I'm not going to beat myself up over it.

    The last few days have been total garbage when it comes to exercise. I've had sick kids, husband, myself... then we were out of town yesterday, etc. It's just been piling up this week. Back to it tomorrow! It's gonna be a rough one at the gym after not having been there for 4 days... I'm REALLY not looking forward to it.

    I only managed to get in 25 minutes of dedicated exercise while my family was in town. It sounds like an excuse, but we were truly running around all day when they were here. At least I got a ton of walking in though, as we spent all day Friday and Saturday touring all over DC, and I made my one workout count - I actually did some running on the treadmill!

    No way at this point that I'll make my goal this month, but I still plan to get in a good amount of exercise over the next 9 days. I downloaded some new music today and can't wait to listen to it at the gym tomorrow.

  • @chickadee32: I won't be making my goal this month either, but I intend to walk a lot on my trip to NYC later this week and still finish strong and ready to move in June! I love how setting these monthly goals works for me. Most months I manage to meet it. The few months that I don't, I still somehow end up motivated at the end of the month to set up for a better month the next month.

  • For this month I would like to get in five workouts each week. I usally workout for at least a hour but there are times when I dont. I do a variety of things from weights to classes at my gym. My other goal is to get a workout in on the weekend no matter what it is! I always slack on weekend
