Hello All !!! I am new to this whole forum thing . I am just looking for some motivation really , I tend to be an emotional eater. I eat when I am bored , not when I am hungry . I currently weigh 160 lbs , and I got down to 120 about 2 years ago by just cutting out soda and eating what I wanted just less of it . I want to get back down to 120 again but stressful living and work situations have put a huge damper on that . I don't really know how to work this website , like post my own threads or anything . So if somebody could kinda "show me around " that would be cool
