  • good morning! i finally got to weigh, hooray! Im a day early because im going out of town tonight until sunday. I'm down 6.8 lbs since my weigh in on 4/15, however the week following 4/15 I had bounced back up to 230-233 and was firmly staying there so in my mind im actually calling it more like 10 lbs for the month.

    this not weighing thing really worked for me. I think im going to weigh next week to see what damage has been done this weekend (im not worrying about diet this weekend as we have plans for drinking and eating and wandering the Riverwalk. Not planning to eat fast foods etc, but the planned restaurants are all super high calorie) then after noting the damage away it will gor for another month Im thinking.

    I did revise my 4th of July goal to 30 pounds, instead of 35 pounds. I want to be realistic and set myself up for success. Either way, I'm wicked happy with my progress! 18 pounds in 8 weeks!

  • I am posting late, and I am actually lower than this now, but I'm sticking with what I was this past Monday. Up .8 lbs. I had to go out of town unexpectedly for about a week for a funeral. We ate out every. single. meal. I am actually thrilled that I didn't gain more. I am proud of my food choices on the road.

  • alright! i'm back from my wedding/reception/honeymoon and am totally sporting the extra pounds to go with it... but i had so much fun i can't be sad about it! especially since i went 2 pounds below my goal of 269.9 before the wedding. hoping it's sodium/water gain and comes off as quickly as it piled back on.
