good morning! i finally got to weigh, hooray! Im a day early because im going out of town tonight until sunday. I'm down 6.8 lbs since my weigh in on 4/15, however the week following 4/15 I had bounced back up to 230-233 and was firmly staying there so in my mind im actually calling it more like 10 lbs for the month.
this not weighing thing really worked for me. I think im going to weigh next week to see what damage has been done this weekend (im not worrying about diet this weekend as we have plans for drinking and eating and wandering the Riverwalk. Not planning to eat fast foods etc, but the planned restaurants are all super high calorie) then after noting the damage away it will gor for another month Im thinking.
