Fauxtini~ I keep meaning to tell you how adorable your little guy is! I have four kiddos and I'm all done but everytime I see your pic my uterus growls a little about how it wants another one. LOL You mentioned your incision, did you have a c/s? I've had 3 (last pg was twins) and I can tell you that you really do need to take it at least a little easy. As for your milk supply, I would definitely make sure you're eating a bit more as well. As long as you're not eating junk, you'll be fine weight wise. I remember after the girls were born, I barely had time to eat or drink water and next thing I know, I'm flat on my back dizzy as all get out and unable to move. I was dehydrated and hadn't been eating enough. (I made up for all that missed food later on though, lemme tell ya!
LOL) Anyway, do take care of your body, if you go to fast you could end up not being able to exercise at all. On the flip side--it's awesome that you're so gung-go about exercising!!!!
