my fav that could be a thanksgiving recipe is warm spinach salad, WF raspberry vinegarette with bacon crumbles


and of course-cauliflower mashed potatoes!

Welcome! I have been doing IP since May and have lost almost 50 lbs ( a few hickups with 2 weddings and a honeymoon) I am also thinking of starting a clinic where I live and any advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Just waiting for a call from IP looking forward to your posts

You should most definately if you start a clinic, have someone who is devoted! I worked so much overtime when I first started.
I (after a few weeks) discovered I had to do weekly classes. I now do two a month and the past few months the classes have been full.
We've been doing it since April, and now have a 2nd coach who is helping me.
We predict we'll need a 3rd by the time January 1 comes around.
We now give out binders at the first meeting, and follow that by an individual consultation. I'd be happy to answer more of your questions!
