Ok I know this is probably a stupid question but why should you drink a ton of water while trying to loose weight is it to fill you?.
I drink water for that reason. And also to avoid dehydration, and someone told me that burning calories creates toxins and water helps remove them from the body.
JUST DO IT! drink water that is, at least 64 oz per day or more!
