water why???

    Ok I know this is probably a stupid question but why should you drink a ton of water while trying to loose weight is it to fill you?.
  • I drink water for that reason. And also to avoid dehydration, and someone told me that burning calories creates toxins and water helps remove them from the body.
  • JUST DO IT! drink water that is, at least 64 oz per day or more!
