I've missed you!!! I haven't weighed in the 140s since I was 18 years old!!! I'm now 31...oh, I can't tell you how amazing this feels. Yes, somewhat anticlimatic. I stepped off the scale and went about my normal routine, but just amazing nonetheless. With some of my indulgences lately I've been wondering if I was ever going to get here, now I know just keep doing what works and anything is possible - 145 here I come!

As for the anti-climactic part - we actually had a thread on this recently (couldn't locate it), where many of our maintainers were in agreement that it was definitely anti-climactic.

I wrote that I had always imagined bending down, kissing the scale and sobbing like a baby - but no. Saw the number, noted it and went on about my day - business as usual. My life had already changed DRASTICALLY prior to that day.

But it DOES feel awfully nice. Enjoy.
