First Mini Goal Met! (5%)

  • I weighed in today, which I'm trying to only get on the scale twice a month, but I was so close to my goal last week, that I decided to weigh in today, and I'm glad I did, I've met the first mini goal I set for myself, which was to shed 5% of my weight. I know, I know, it's a small amount, but heck, I did it... and now I just need to do it, ohh, about ten more times... but it's a start, and I did it in a month by doing Weight Watchers. I started June 16th at 236lbs, and today I weighed in at 223.5....woooo hooo!

    Now I'm all re pumped up to tackle this week, and work towards my next goal (10%) which is 11.1lbs away! Perhaps by the end of June I'll be there.

  • That's great! Taking it in small steps is the best If you try to tackle it as one whole huge goal you will most likely get discouraged. I'm glad you got your first step done!
