I weighed in today, which I'm trying to only get on the scale twice a month, but I was so close to my goal last week, that I decided to weigh in today, and I'm glad I did, I've met the first mini goal I set for myself, which was to shed 5% of my weight. I know, I know, it's a small amount, but heck, I did it... and now I just need to do it, ohh, about ten more times... but it's a start, and I did it in a month by doing Weight Watchers. I started June 16th at 236lbs, and today I weighed in at 223.5....woooo hooo!
Now I'm all re pumped up to tackle this week, and work towards my next goal (10%) which is 11.1lbs away! Perhaps by the end of June I'll be there.
