  • ok ladies I am back and trying to get my life back to a normal routine... I have a gym membership and my question for all of you is what would be a good starting routine at the gym?? any suggestions for me? Would love your imput. Thanks for everything

    1. building field fence, I felt like I was on TBL and it was my last chance workout!
    2. house chores.
    3. 37 min----->25 minc25k onnordic track, 12min strength training
    4. 75 min bareback riding/barn chores
    5. 45 min swimming
    6. 43 minutes nordic track
    7. sanding/priming/painting cabinets No Air condintioner

    Week 1 total-------------> 200 minutes

    9. 25 min zumba
    10.15 min power walk with all the stairs I could find!
    11.25 min walk
    12. house work
    13. 60 min zumba+20min walk
    14. 30 min barn chores

  • mystical: try asking your question on the Exercise forum for more responses. I love the ellipitical and the recumbent stationary bike when I get the chance to go to the gym -- both are easy on my knees so I can get in a long, intense aerobic workout.
