Yes, that's right. I said 100 POUNDS GONE! Good-bye, Good riddance and Adios! I had been getting worried I wouldn't hit my goal by July 1st since the last 4 weeks slowed down to a crawl, but yesterday morning I saw 253 and today it was 252.8. I can't believe it. June 26th will be my 8 month anniversary of starting this journey, it has been the hardest thing I have done for myself so far in my life, but also the easiest, if that makes sense. Only last week I was feeling really down about slowing down to a crawl on my weight loss after having a kick-butt May. Now just 2 pounds later I am walking on cloud 9. I am SOOOOO thankful I found these boards as a resource and a place to find others I feel really know where I am coming from. It has been very instrumental in my weight loss journey.
