Phase One Mixed Frozen Veggies

    This question was actually sparked by another poster and got me REALLY curious.

    Has another managed to find completely phase 1 allowed frozen veggie mixes? From what I've found they all have carrots or corn?

    Most of them do have those Phase II veggies. I sometimes get green and yellow beans or an oriental mix without corn. Sorry I can't tell you the brand - maybe President's Choice? I'll pay more attention next time.

    the ones I have found are pricier - the Cascadia Farms Thai mix and Chinese mix are good. I actually just bought a case on sale because they are great in crack slaw.
