Memorial Day 20 lb Challenge!

  • Who wants to do a Memorial Day 20 to 25 pound challenge with me?

    OR how about 10 + and over?

    That gives us about 12 weeks to drop a few before it's swim suit time!



    That'll put me right around 168 and pretty dang close to NOT being Obese anymore and I am sure it'll help the swim-suit confidence level.
    This is 2 or more pounds a week to drop! I KNOW we can do that if we just put our minds and bodies to it!



    You prize you ask? Well isn't it obvious? The pride you'll have in yourself for dropping 10 or 20 + pounds!

    According to one of the many online BMI calculators, that will put me at just being over weight and 23 lbs to being a normal weight! Wooohoooo!
    Guidelines:

    Please check in here and give & get support, and PLEASE weigh-in with us at least once a week, showing the difference. My WI was today, so I'll WI again next Tuesday.

    Share with us any tips and tricks you've discovered and any non-scale victories as well.

  • Id love to join you!! We have a memorial day family reunion every year and Id like to not be ashamed to go and show everyone how much weight Ive gained!

    I weighed in this morning after being MIA for the past several weeks and Im still at 297.2 so Im happy I didnt gain too much during my "break".
    Id love to lose 25lbs by memorial day but Im gonna shoot for 20!
    so 277.2 by M-day it is!!!

  • I would like to join too Diva . I need to get my arse in gear. I was doing so well in the begining and now I am at a stand still. I would love to lose 20 - 25 lbs by memorial day - that's my son's Bday .

    I Got to 40lbs Lost on My dads Birthday(march 7th 2009)
    he would have been 64(He passed away in 2007) Anyways It would be nice to reach onederland For when I go to place flowers at his grave...He was an awesome DAD.Actually His sudden Massive heart attack and his passing (plus a picture of me that Made me look like the marshmellow man from ghost busters movie) helped me to wanna get healthy as I can for my kids.
