Who wants to do a Memorial Day 20 to 25 pound challenge with me?
OR how about 10 + and over?
That gives us about 12 weeks to drop a few before it's swim suit time!
That'll put me right around 168 and pretty dang close to NOT being Obese anymore and I am sure it'll help the swim-suit confidence level.
This is 2 or more pounds a week to drop! I KNOW we can do that if we just put our minds and bodies to it!
You prize you ask? Well isn't it obvious? The pride you'll have in yourself for dropping 10 or 20 + pounds!
According to one of the many online BMI calculators, that will put me at just being over weight and 23 lbs to being a normal weight! Wooohoooo!
