Pilates???

    I'm new here, I was just wondering if anybody uses pilates in there daily excercise routines, and if so how much has it helped in the weight loss department?

  • I love it! It doesn't burn many calories but it makes your stomach strong and flat so I feel like I walk tall. Therefore I want to take care of myself!

    I take a class which helps you focus. (don't worry about how you look in the class everyone is laying down looking at the ceiling anyways)

    Also the Stott tapes are quite good.
