Alright everyone. This challenge is SHORT! It runs from today, 12/24 to New Years Day. This is the week that we set our goals! It is up to YOU to set realistic goals for yourself for the year!
Look at more then just weight loss... what are you going to do to get there? What other aspects of life are you going to work on?

Weight
Inches
Pants/Dress Size
finances/budget
organization (home vs work/school)
nutrition
time with family/friends
water intake
exercise / fitness level
pampering/relaxation
Also - I Want everyone to have a Before Picture. You can either post it for all to see, or send it to me. (I'll keep it secret) I want us to ALL have a reference point. If I could get everyone's Starting point that'd be good too.
