I am hoping to blow past my goals but I also want to be able to successfully complete the month. I need that reaffirmation for October. I can do it. Let's see everyone else's goals!
Swam .85 mile last night (quick after work workout) then ran/walked 4 miles today with the hubby and kids! Also did 30 mins cardio at the park while DH played with the kids!
I got in one 5K this morning with the dogs and plan to do ISABELLA'S CANADIAN THANKSGIVING one tomorrow with Angie. Giving myself a mile for each hour of O.T. this week since I didn't have time to get miles in. I must burn calories with that OT though 'cause I was down almost 2 pounds from when I left Monday to this morning.
Swam after work last night. 1.02 miles - yards are strange to convert into miles, maybe next month I will just do my yards goal so I don't have to keep doing the math
