I just joined 3FC a few days ago, so I'm kinda coming in late for a monthly goals...but I think I'll join anyway. My goal for the rest of the month is:
25 miles run/walk/elliptical
Join on in! I don't know where everyone went. We used to be pretty busy.
I'm a little late too, but I'm joining in! My goal: 40 miles by October 31st!
October 14: 2.0 mi jog/walk
Total = 2/25 mi
4.25 miles this morning. Ran 2.8 miles which for me is pretty amazing!

Checking in with my OT and miles. Should be back home for work the end next week....maybe even get a much needed few days off!
I got home late last nigh and took my dogs out for 3.5 this morning on a very nice cool santa ana windy day....now quite hot!

Wow...not a good exercise weekend for me, but I'm getting back on track today! Oh, and I'm thinking about signing up for a run/walk 5K in two weeks...maybe!

Worked a 7 hr. day, drove 150 miles home, got out of my truck and took my mutts for 3 miles...'cause I knew if I didn't go then...I wouldn't go!
