Well after a few days off I had a nice home workout. Did 2 miles of walking and 30 minutes of weights. I feel good that I can do that much at home and not be wiped out anymore.

Had to work a short day today...still took the dogs for 3 miles when I got home then did 2 on the treadmill before lunch....would have done more but that would get into my nap time....wink
Off work today...the usual...3.5 for the mutts, our little extended walk and then 2 miles on the treadmill watching the morning news. Should reach goal even though I have to work a little tomorrow.
YAY! I made goal....worked a 1/2 then took the dogs for 2.5, would have gone farther but it is too hot here for them to be out more and tonight with trick or treaters...well...not a good time for dog walking!
Ok forced myself to the gym today despite feeling crappy just to finish goal LOL. Did a mile run then swam a little but had to get out for DS to go trick or treating around the Y. I knew I wouldn't finish my swim goal but that is ok. I will just fine-tune my goals for November!
