I'll start with Sunday
I slept right through breakfast
Lunch: Chunky Chicken Noodle Soup--5 pts for entire can
2 c skim milk 4
Dinner: 6" Club Subway Sandwich w/ cheese -- 7
1 c milk 2
Snack: Microwave Popcorn 3
2 pc Dove chocolate 2
1 cup skim milk 2
Total for the day 26
And I haven't made it to the gym in a week. Sigh...
My Sunday
