Hey, ladies. I'm around, but buried under a mountain of grad work. Papers are all due in the next 2 weeks (or have already been due, but I've gotten an obscene number of extensions!).
Been exercising the past couple of days but my body doesn't have the stamina it did even 10 days ago. Weird how fast it went away.
Food choices have been better, too.
But because of my crazy snacking over Christmas, I'm hungry all the time now and really crave sugar. Gotta get it out of my system.
