Hi folks, Found the low carb link. Hooray!! Back on track and feeling good today. Hope to stay that way for sometime to come until I can live at goal comfortably. Any support will be greatly appreciated. I had a good drop this week, 3 + lbs. First week back of course, but hey, feels great. Off to do some work now. How much water does everyone drink? I try for 6 glasses but man, I am constantly running to the bathroom. Not practical in my line of work.
  • What does that mean. You are making this a sticky for her(us) me??
  • Well... here we are! ONE day to go! That sure was a quick month!!

I have to say that I did pretty well this month. I met my carb goal 95% of the month and exceeded my exercise goal ...... But fell short on my weight goal, that is okay though because I set a really high goal for myself there!

I hope everyone else had success with their goals this month!

    Happy October everyone!
  • Ooops, sorry . I had forgot to change my tracker! Down another 3 lbs.. woo woo!

    Have fun people, stay strong!
  • Well, it still didn't change on the tracker just on my profile..but down 3 lbs none th eless.
  • ARRGGHH! Well, I got close but didn't quite make my September Goals. I had the worst weekend as far as PMS water weight. I actually gained 8 lbs in a single day (Sat morn vs Sun morn) I'm not even gonna change my ticker, as I don't want to depress myself. At least I got very close to my exercise goal, just another hour would have gotten me there.

Time to get serious about my October goals.
