Didn't see a goals thread yet so I thought I'd go ahead and get it going. Now's the time ladies...the holidays are just around the corner. Let's get it in gear and make sure we are on track NOW so we can survive the months to come. so with that being said...here are my goals for September.
1) Water, water, water!!
2) do some sort of exercise daily (walking, yoga or cardio dvd)
3) eat OP
4) goal weight 235
