  • I'm staying on plan today because I feel better about myself when I do.
  • The one reason I'm staying OP today is I love the selection of food choices I have. I can eat all vegetables, fruits, nuts, fish, chicken, turkey, bison, low fat dairy, soy products, beans, tea, high fiber, the list goes on and on why wouldn't I stay OP.

I hardly recognize myself in those "current" pics. Those last 20 something pounds have made a tremendous difference. Thank you again.

    POOR, ROBIN! You go right on and feel sorry for yourself. I'm sitting here with a wrenched back, so I'm feeling a little pitiful myself... And it's not even a good enough excuse for me to avoid my daily walk because walking (after the first 10 steps) is the one thing I can do without pain. How's that for karma...

    Anyway, the one reason I'm staying on plan today is that I'm ONE little pound away from reaching 50 pounds lost! Yay me!
  • Im staying on plan because Ive only lost 25 lbs and I can tell a major difference in my body already.
  • I'm staying on plan today because I am so close to fitting into my mini goal jeans. They are just a tid tight and I don't want to wear them until they fit perfectly!
  • :-( because yesterday after sashimi/sushi which I did eat with a little bit of normal soy sauce, I gained a pound. It is probably water retention, but.... I was so good on loosing.
  • I am staying on plan today, because I want people to notice that I am loosing weight. Besides my family no one has noticed my weight loss , My clothes are hanging on me or falling off, but I do not get the compliments, it would be nice for a neighbor or someone I see at a store often, to say : " Are you loosing weight?, or you look thinner",
    So I am staying on plan to keep loosing weight until it is noted .

  • I'm on plan because it is working, still, and I love that about it. I look forward to weighin day every week. I love moving my ticker. So, I stay on plan.
  • Weigh-in tonight and I HAVE to have a loss!
  • I’m going to stay on plan today because I believe change is possible, I have seen it in you, so I know I can make it happen for me to.
  • I am staying on plan because I weighed in this morning down another 2 pounds. I am in the 260's -- YAY! I can't believe how excited I am about it, but I am.
  • I am staying OP today because I am 3 pounds away from a 40 pounds loss & 4 pounds away from hitting my mini goal of 230!
  • The One reason I'm staying on-plan today: I want to wear my wedding rings again! The last time I wore them, I was around 222. I'm hoping to be able to slip them on again soon!
