Because, even though the scale isn't moving, staying on plan has become a habit! When I'm on plan, I'm at ease with myself. When I'm not, I'm not. I LIKE ease, and not thinking about food.

So true, Nicole, it is gorgeous here today too.

The one reason I'm staying on plan today is because there are so many good healthy things to eat, I don't need any of that other stuff. Today I discovered Grissini whole wheat breadsticks, 80 calories for three big sticks, very crispy and yummy, just begging to be dipped into hummus or peanut butter or bean dip or...

I am staying on plan today because I did pretty well last month, I had a few days that were bad, but that is ok, because I picked myself up and began again. So if I did good last month , September can be great too!!
