  • 20 minutes Bunny Bootcamp, 25 minutes cardio at the gym.

    Group Total 4,443 + 45 = 4,488
  • 45 minutes on the treadmill.

    Group total ~ 4,488 + 45 = 4,533 min
  • 45 minutes aerobics

    group total 4533 + 45 = 4,578
  • 30 minutes treadmill, 30 elliptical and 30 weights, bringing my total to 345.

    The group total is now 4,578 + 90 = 4,668
  • yesterday - 15min bike
    20 min walk
    Today 15 min bike
    15 min walk
    10 min strength
    75 total

    Group total - 4,668 + 75 = 4,743
  • I am committing to 30 minutes a day. This will be hard but I can do it!
  • AmbieP -- Welcome! Glad you found your way here. What kind of exercise will you do?

    Just a word of advice: do set a goal you think you can make. I average 40 min a day, but I know a couple of days I will get in 60 min (when I weight lift), which allows me to take a day off now and again... which we need sometimes (and the experts recommend!). If you think your goal is too much, just say 30 min 6 days a week! Or, don't listen to me at all -- I won't be offended, I promise!

  • Personal Total: 755/2000

    Group Total: 4920 + 105 = 5025
  • 60 circuit training and 15 yoga

    group total 5025 + 75 = 5100
  • 60 min weight training.

    Group total ~ 5100 + 60 = 5160 min!

    I so love it when the math is easy like that!
  • An hour of yoga, bringing my total to 405.

    The group total is now 5,160 + 60 = 5,220
  • 10 minutes Tighter Assets for toning, then did a 45 minute walk in the park with my mom.

    Group Total 5,220 + 55 = 5,275
