5'5" (or very close). At my highest weight I was 265 lbs and a size 22 (though they were my ONLY pair of pants and I wore them everyday for like 6+ months) so I'm sure I was a 24 or possibly even a 26. I was like a size 12 panty and a size 10W shoe. Bra was a snug 38B/C. Shirts were at least 1XL.
After losing 90 pounds - now at 175 lbs and a jean size 12 (or juniors 13) in most cases - some are still snug. Shirts are M-L. Size 7 panties (considering trying 6's) and a size 8ish shoe.
I'm a classic pear, and I have loose skin on my upper thighs
and upper arms (though everywhere else is nice and tight) - which keeps me from dropping to a lower pants size. After I get to my final weight (looking at 155 as a secondary goal) - I would loove to get rid of that. I'll wait and see how it looks in a year after maintaining and exercising though.
