I need to set a goal to get off the weight I've let creep up lately. Since a Columbus Day goal thread just finished, I figured I'd start one for US Thanksgiving week since that's 6 weeks.
So...jump on board...set your goal for whatever day that week works for you.
MY GOALS....(may be adjusted later)
My scale last week before my walk said 138#...my official WW goal is 127# & what I would like to be back to by Thanksgiving...11# in 6 weeks IS possible for me.
However, my scale this morning said 148#...10# in one week AND I walked 60 miles! I THINK (hope) that the 10# is really water retention or something from the shock my body got from walking 60 miles in 3 days...at least I hope so....so I'm assuming that a lot of that will drop off in the next few days anyway & making my goal under that assumption.
If I'm wrong...I'll readjust my goal accordingly.

Current: 138# (148#??)
TD Goal: 127# by 11/21
Progress: 0/11#
