Losing wt but not gaining strength

  • Hello everyone,
    I started a new diet plan about a month ago and so far I've lost 16 lbs. I have to lose 57 lbs more. I've been going to the gym for about a year but my diet was bad until a month ago so I didn't see any progress. Now I see progress in the weight but I can't increase my weights at all. I'm worried I'm losing muscle but my nutritionist promises me I'm not. I eat protein at every meal except snacks which I have 2-3 a day and 3 meals (with protein). Just wondering if it's just normal and I'm being too impatient.

  • What does your workout program involve? How many repititions are you doing and are you lifting til failure? Also, how do you go about adding more weight?
