I am making an official cahllenge for us to help us keep and make our goals for Halloween
Let us get up and go more often. Move the fat and lets make a huge effort to rid our body of the excess.
I challenge all of us to make an effert to atleast 5 times this week to get up and do some sort of exertion, enough to make a difference. moving furniture will count, walking, exercise bike, lifting soup cans, any thing that makes an effort for you what ever it is. Things that do not count is watching the exercise(bellydancing) video
and watching the neighbor do the work in his yard (unless he is really cute and has a great body then it would raise the heart rate and definatly count)Post what you do in this forum, and if you skip a day post it anyways to let us know that you are still in!!
Me today I did nothing, I cleaned house, but that did not count.
