  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs in 52:30
  • Monday
    Lifted weights - leg extensions, abductors, leg press, row, abs
    Jogged for about 10 min.
    Walked for about 10 min.
  • TUESDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles today
  • Walked three miles Saturday, three miles Sunday, took Monday off and walked 1.5 miles today. Linda
  • Did 5 miles on stationery bike this morning.
  • THURSDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 53:15 with 17 jogs
  • Walked another 1.5 miles this morning. Starting next Tuesday am going to add some mild weights. Start out slow. I'm going to try dumbells first - three times a week. Will keep everyone informed. Linda
  • FRIDAY
    Despite getting hardly any sleep, I got in a 4.5 mile walk today
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles today, 10 jogs, too hot to do more!!!

    Did 4.5 miles with 17jogs (some longer than usual) in 50:15, my second best time ever!
