    i'm hoping to do more than this i havent worked out in months unless you count my walking around the neighborhood
    i've slacked off badly and am trying to do better
  • My goal this month is to go out and run/walk everyday except for Sunday...for at least 45 minutes. I am stuck on 170-172 and I cant get it down from them...I am eating about 1500 calories a day and taking lots of supplements.

    I will have to take a week off after June 30 as I am having minor surgery and dont think I can exercise.
