Hey Everyone... !
Well, I don't know if I'm imagining it, but I *think* I can see a difference in the way my waist looks, and the way my jeans fit. Hehehe... this always happens when I lock into a diet/health/exercise program, I start perceiving changes very soon, but I honestly don't know if they are *real* changes, or just my improved attitude

Well, I went over my calories yesterday, with a few beers... but I tried to have an very light day today, and tomorrow I'll be back on track.
I'm bummed 'cause it looks like I will only get to have 2 Spinning classes this week... I did 4 last week, but this week the gym will be closed for 4 days from Thursday till Sunday, for the Easter holidays here... I really depend on my classes... I guess I'll have to go walking or something... hmmm...
Anyways, here's to Week 12 and doing whatcha gotta do
