  • I went and walked at Wally world with my neighbor. I already have more then 10k steps for the day, and it is only 4pm! Go me!
  • Monday- got to the gym today, 30 min treadmill, 20 min eliptical
  • I bought the biggest loser dvd this weekend, Me and my daughter did it tonight. I don't think I'll walk again ever. HA!!! I like it though, the directions are so easy and he keeps you going. Tomorrow night is tone & sculpt. We'll see how that goes. Hugcrystal
  • Well, I went to the gym, but was too sick to workout. I walked around a little bit more than usual todya, so I'm going to try to be positive and just say that the housecleaning I did all afternoon counds for something.
  • I've been doing a pedemeter challenge with the Jorge Cruise ladies. 10,000 steps is 5 miles. It's amazing how many extra things you "add in" to make the numbers. I took the stairs several times yesterday (all three flights!) and ended the day with 11,555, even though I forgot to put my pedometer on until after 9am!

    This is the best little $5 piece of exercise equipment!
  • Monday-- Upperbody on the TBT. Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.
    P M -- Walked 1 miles with my Buddy.

    Tuesday-- Walked 1 mile at Dr office.....
    P M -- Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.
  • Tues- 30 min aerobics, 20 min weights
  • Wed- gym night/ 30 min treadmill and 1 hour step class ( tonight they added some kick boxing... ugh)
  • Tuesday, 60 minutes of cardio

    Wed, 25 minutes on TM and 50 minutes of wt training.

    Hugcrystal, Let me know about that tape the more you get into it. I'm curious.
  • Thursday-- Lower body on the TBT.
    P M -- Walked 2 miles with my Buddy.
  • Thursday- 40 min cadio dance workout
  • Walked for 45 minutes...got in about 4500 steps, and an additional 2000 more since... My total since I was leaving to go walk at 5pm is 6,434. Makes me wish I had put the pedometer on this morning....
  • Friday-- Woo Hoo, I got in my 3 miles today with my Buddy.....first time since late fall!!
