Owwwwww!

  • Damn not stretching properly. I pitched a full game yesterday (turning up five minutes beforehand, so walked on the diamond and started pitching) and didn't warm down afterwords. God am I sore today. I also managed to hurt my neck, so put some Dencarub on that as well, and OWWWWWWW! IT BURNS!

    At first I thought you kgs were lbs and I was like "65 pounds, NOOOO way". I am relieved. I need to pay closer attention!
  • Ooh not good. Rest up today and hopefully you'll feel better tomorrow.

    I didn't learn my lesson though. Went too hard on cardio today, and felt really sick afterwords. I think its something I'm going to have to do practilly every day. Having two rest days is too much for me.
