Wave 1 - Protien Pancakes

  • 1/2 c oatmeal
    1/2 c egg whites
    1/2 c cottage cheese
    1 tsp vanilla and sprinkle of cinnamon

    Blend in blender. Pour into 4 pancakes.
    Can also make just plain and omit flavoring.
    These actually are really good.

    1-2 servings.
