O.K.-I blew my diet yesterday! I have been on LAWL for almost 2 months! I have lost almost 10 lbs., I also try to run/walk about 3 miles on my treadmill about 5 x's a week. I was doing great on my diet until I started exercising! Now I have lost diet motivation, not exercise motivation, and I have stopped losing! I do not want to waste this much money! My counselors put me on the new "red" plan for exercisers. I just can't get my head back into the game! I still have about 36 lbs. to go! Help me find the motivation to get back on my diet please. I am always dreading weigh in and I have even been skipping days every now and then because I know I haven't lost anything. I am in a rut!

They also put me on a higher food plan, but like you - I'm completely unfocused on staying on plan.
