Sugar Busters Weekly Exercise Board 6/25-7/1

    Exercise every day and see yourself melt away!
  • MONDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 12 jogs-too hot and legs felt heavy, lower back was bothering me-hey, but at least I went!!!!
  • 1/2 hour pulling weeds and planting shrubs at moms.
    1/2 hour mowing front and 1/2 backyard.

  • TUESDAY
    Time restrictions today, only did 2.5 miles, but better than nothing!
  • Alright, exercise is my BIG weak area. I'm posting this as a commitment that I WILL walk a minimum of three times this week, 20minutes each time. AHHHHH!!! I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but believe me, it's WAY more than I usually do. But, you've got to start somewhere. Okay, I'll post the end of this week and let you know how I did! Wish me luck!!

  • Monday & Tuesday
    Monday - 45 min. heavy weightlifting

    Tuesday - 35 min. on treadmill at 3.1 mph
  • WEDNESDAY
    Had my best walk/jog time ever!! Did 4.5 miles in 52 minutes!!!!
  • Wednesday
    HEAVY weightlifting for 40 minutes.

    I feel like gumby!!
  • FRIDAY
    Rains finally stopped so I could get out and pound the wet pavement! Did 4.5 miles with just 10 jogs, pooped out a little over half way, so just walked the rest of the way home
  • Just did 2 miles. It was really cruddy. Legs of lead and took my 8 year old who saw a buddy and I had to stop to be sociable. (Note to self: no more kids with running) I couldn't get back into the swing of things very well after that.

    But A cruddy run in better than no run at all. The next run might be the easy, "I love to run" kind of run.l Hope so.

  • Sunday - Did Denise Austin's TARGET TONER - 30 minutes.

    Monday - Did Leslie Sansone's FIRM UP FAST video - 30 minutes.

    Tuesday - Swam 1000 metres (40 lengths of pool)

    Wednesday a.m. - Tai Chi x 1 hour.

    Wednesday p.m. - Badminton
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles with 17 jogs in 53:30

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK 20.5 miles
  • RUNNING TOTALS
    Tuesday 2 miles
    Sunday 3.5 miles

    Total for the week 5.5 miles.
