I'm going for 2000 minutes of Cardio (I don't keep track of strength training, I just do my routine).
11/1: 90 minutes (20 stepper, 20 treadmill, 20 elliptical, DA Cardio x 2)
11/2: 0

(11/3-11/6 was a camping trip with hiking, biking etc, so I am going to list 90 minutes for the first 3 days and 30 for last as we came home at lunchtime)
11:3: 90 minutes (camping)
11/4: 90 minutes (camping)
11/5: 90 minutes (camping)
11/6: 60 minutes (camping, DA Cardio x 2)
11/7: 60 minutes (30 dance video, 30 treadmill)
Week One: 480/2000
11/8: 60 minutes (20 stepper, 20 elliptical, 20 treadmill)
11/9: 40 minutes (20 stepper, 20 bike)
11/10: 90 minutes (20 treadmill, 40 elliptical, Bellydance Video)
11/11: 30 minutes (10 treadmill, 20 DDR)
11/12: 0
